Minister of Labor

The Minister of Labor (French: ministre du travail) is a Valorian public official that heads the Ministry of Labor, and is responsible for the nation's workplace laws, policy towards unions, and occupational safety and health, among other duties. The officeholder is part of the prime minister's cabinet, and reports directly to the prime minister.

The office has been held by Garrett Douglass since 2024.
