Lorenz moved to the [[Providence Doves]] ahead of the 2012 season, and was a key part of the [[Double (VHF award)|Double]]-winning campaign that year. He won another Coupe Balbuzard with the Doves in 2013, before moving to the Newfoundland Sailors for the 2014 campaign. From the 2015 campaign onwards, he has captained the Sailors.
