The 2023 Coupe Balbuzard was the forty-fifth running of the Coupe Balbuzard, held from June to July 2023.
The competition was won by defending champions Newfoundland, who won their ninth cup victory. The competition was the sixth instance of a team succesfully defending their Coupe Balbuzard title, and the second time the Sailors accomplished such a feat.
