Valerie Minerva (born Valerie Radcliffe-Brooks, November 4th, 1963) is a Valorian politician who has served as prime minister of Valoria since 2024. Prior to becoming prime minister, she was Premier of Boston from 2021 to 2024.

Growing up in Quincy, Boston Province, Minerva became active in politics in the early 2010s, holding a multitude of provincial offices in the cabinet of her cousin, Benjamin Radcliffe. In 2020, Minerva announced her candidacy for premier of Boston, shortly after Radcliffe's decision to run for president. Minerva won her election, assuming office on February 1st, 2021, and becoming the first female premier of Boston. During her tenure, Minerva criticized at length a number of then-prime minister Arthur Reinhardt's policies, eventually leading to her announcing her candidacy for prime minister in 2023. With Kate Oliver as her running mate, she defeated Movement delegate Alphonso Cavazos in the general election.

Minerva is the second female prime minister in Valorian history. Her election to the office caused controversy, as she has been accused of being too close to President Radcliffe.
