Timothée Gosselin (born May 3rd, 1931), sometimes known as Timothée Gosselin père, is a Valorian billionaire, businessman, and founder of the Valorian Hockey League's Équipe de Hockey de Bas-Canada.

Gosselin founded EH Bas-Canada in 1976, at the VHL's inception, and served as its president from founding to 2024. He also served as the team's manager for a total of twenty-two seasons, over three stints: from 1977 to 1980; from 1991 to 1994; and from 1997 to 2013.
