The Mainers are a professional ice hockey team competing in the [[Valorian Hockey League]]. They play their home games at Maine Province Hockey Arena in Augusta.

The Mainers have seen fluctuating performances in the VHL, at times qualifying and at times finishing around the bottom half of the table. In [[VHL 2022|2022]], the team won their first championship after completing a historic reverse sweep over the [[Boston Spirits]].

The team are currently managed by Dominique Bergeron, and captained by right-winger [[Carlos Ortega]]. They nearly won the [[Dan Earle Trophy|Earle Trophy]] in [[VHL 2024|VHL]], but ultimately dropped to 3rd by the final matchday. They were eliminated by the [[Newfoundland Sailors]] in the quarter-finals of the playoffs.
