'''Benoît Brisbois''' (born August 2nd, 1982) is a Valorian professional ice hockey player who plays as a goaltender for [[EH Bas-Canada]] in the [[Valorian Hockey League]].

Debuting at 19 for Bas-Canada in the 2002 VHL campaign, Brisbois has had one of the longest careers in VHL history, playing for Bas-Canada, the [[Salem Loggers]], and the [[Providence Doves]]. He is currently competing in his twenty-third season of professional ice hockey. At 41, he is the oldest active player in the VHL.

Brisbois has been the main starting goalie for the [[Valorian Men's National Ice Hockey Team|Valorian national team]] since 2002, debuting at the 2002 Winter Olympics and playing an integral part in that year's gold medal. He has since won two more gold medals, in 2010 and 2014.

Thanks to his reaction times and predictive abilities, Brisbois is considered the greatest goalie in VHL history. He has won a total of 15 trophies and awards, including nine Goalie of the Year awards, the most in VHL history.
